Summary

The three fire resistance criteria: structural adequacy (carry the load), integrity (no flames or hot gases through cracks) and insulation (limited temperature rise on the unexposed face). Based on National Research Council of Canada et al. (2005), p. 2.6-6, and Australian Building Codes Board (2020a), Data Sheet C6, pp. 174–175.
