Tom also served as a fire brigade commander, sharpening his operational skills in emergency response. His commitment to ongoing development is evident in his academic pursuits, including a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor in Fire Safety Engineering, and multiple certifications such as Fire Protection Specialist.

In his capacity as Managing Partner at Riskonet—the only NFPA Authorized Provider in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa—Tom delivers comprehensive trainings that blend theory with practical application.
